Labram Musah

As program director at Vision for Alternative Development (VALD), Labram works to implement the tobacco control measures in Ghana’s Public Health Act passed in 2012. VALD won a 2013 W.H.O. Award for Excellence in Tobacco Control. Labram is currently working to pass a global legislative instrument that incorporates elements of Article 5.3 into national law.
