This document, conceived and created by the Black Collective, a team of Black-identifying staff at Corporate Accountability, symbolizes our unwavering commitment to dismantling systemic racism and challenging corporate abuse. It serves as a reminder of why the Black Collective matters at the organization and illustrates our plans for the coming years.
The Framework, illustrated by artist and movement builder Paloma Rae, documents core mission and goals of the program, and the ways in which we plan to accomplish those goals in the coming years. It is brought together through the image of a community garden, which represents the way we hope to go about this work and the safe, collaborative community we are building together.
